SHERYLE'S PATHWAY

I was the only girl in a family of five children, my parents divorced when I was small.
Being the second eldest, and female, my childhood at the time I thought was hard .
My mother struggled bringing up five children on her own, and she was plagued with slipped discs since she was thirteen years old.
Most of my adolescent years were spent helping my mother around the house, doing the things that she couldn't do while her disc was out.
By the age of nine I could cook, clean the house, do the washing and ironing, and look after my brothers.
One of my friend's mother once made a comment to my mother, that she wished that her daughter was so helpful around the house. I remember thinking, I wish I had the choice to go out and play and live the care free life that my friends had.
Unknown to me, this lesson was to teach me how to cope with life in later years, thanks mum. I always felt different from other people, as though I was standing back from them, observing them.
I thought that it was odd that I could sense when someone was about to call around or when the phone was about to ring.
I would also have visual flashes of things that were about to happen to me, not understanding what was happening to me. I dismissed these feelings until I was in my twenties.
At seventeen I left home, I was courting a young man called Robert (a Vicars son from Paignton) our relationship lasted seven years.
During the seventh year we were engaged to be married when I found out that I was pregnant, so we arranged the wedding quickly.
Three days before the wedding and also my last day of work, I had an overwhelming feeling that something was going to happen and it was going to change the life of both myself and my unborn child forever.
I was terrified, Robert picked me up in his car after work, I then told him of this feeling, he said “I don't know how you knew, but there is someone else that I care for so I don't want to marry you”.
So I ended up becoming a single parent .
My senses started to come thick and fast, I still didn't understand what was happening to me .
I found myself in rented accommodation that had a presence in, some I saw, some I sensed.
My best friend Claire brought me a pack of Tarot cards and to my surprise I found that I could give a reading with out knowing the meaning of the cards.
When the cards were laid out, I would get a strong thought in my head and I would say what that thought was. I did not realise that I was using clairsentience.
In 1996 I was married to Ian and had two daughters, I was living in a rented house in Dawlish, Devon. There was a spiritualist church near to my home so a few weeks after moving in I plucked up the courage to go.
I had heard from my friends that this is where mediums went to give out messages to people from the spirit world.
Ian and I were having a terrible time to do with a legal problem over evicting a tenant from a flat we owned. We were told by our legal advisor that it was a complicated situation and although we should win the case, there could be a very heavy price to pay.
After going to the church for six weeks, I got my first message. (a legal matter around you involving property, you will win hands down). We did win the case and against all the odds were not liable to the tenant whatsoever.
It was then that I joined the meditation circle at the church, and found, to my delight people who had similar experiences with spirit people that I have had.
I learned to “tune into” spirit people and learned to interpret what I saw during my meditation.
The circle leader was a trance medium and admitted to me that he knew very little about clairvoyant and clairsentient mediums.
It became quite clear that these were the gift that I had, so after nearly a year I left the circle along with another lady (Jenny) who was attending the same circle.
Jenny had been coming to my home and together we worked on her visualisation, after having some success at this we joined another circle.
We were introduced into astral traveling and rescue work, it was a real eye opener and a great pleasure in learning how to develop our gifts further.
After eight months I started to feel unhappy about attending the circle, I couldn't put my finger on it.
It just didn't feel right anymore, by now I had another two ladies coming to me for teachings on how to “tune in” .
I could see and hear spirit and I began to channel for them, my unhappiness grew in the circle I was attending so I left.
I asked my spirit guide why I was feeling like this, he said, what you need to learn from spirit now, you will not learn from sitting in a circle.
From now on your teachings will come from your new guides, you have much work to do. In time you will pass on your teachings to others.
At the moment I run two development circles and I am still having the teachings from my guides.
I have written some of my experiences in my book which I hope you will find interesting and helpful.

RESCUE WORK

On March 24th 1999 I held my usual Wednesday meditation circle. However this Wednesday was a little different as there was only my friend Jenny, and myself attending. (Steve another friend could not attend)
Jenny and I sat together and meditated, neither one of us got a lot during the meditation, but we were both told of a rescue that needed doing, this was not unusual as the spirit people would often come through and ask for our help.
Both Jenny and I have had a lot of experience in rescue work whereas Steve has only been present at two rescues. This turned out to be a very unusual rescue.
Jenny and I tuned in, we were not told anything more from our guides.
I found myself floating above a town looking down on the night lights, I asked my guides where we were going, when suddenly Jenny said “I am standing next to a car, there has been an accident”.
Within a second I found myself standing opposite Jenny with a black car between us, we were standing on what looked like a country road, the only lights around were coming from the car, there were a lot of trees on either side of the road (the car had hit one of the trees).
I could hear the engine roaring, we were both looking inside the car, we could see a family of four.
Two of the occupants were very young children, at this point I asked Jenny what she could see.
After Jenny confirmed what I was seeing, (all of the family had died in the accident) I asked my guides if these souls needed rescuing.
“No” said my guide, “they have moved on to the spirit world”, “then what are Jenny and I doing here” I asked.
"Listen" was the answer, above the sound of the engine I could hear the faint cry of a child.
“Jenny I can hear a child crying”, I was just about to say the child is crouched down behind the seat of the driver when Jenny said it first.
Never having experienced this sort of rescue before I asked my guide what we should do, “get help”! was the answer I got back .
I asked Jenny to stay with the child, ( I also was told that his name was David) and then I told her that I was going for help. I did not have a clue how to go about this, as after all I was only working with my astral body and not my physical body, how was I going to alert someone that there had been an accident and that a child of about two years of age desperately needed help.
The next thing I noticed was that I was sat on the passenger seat of a moving car, the driver was on my left side.
I was also sat beside a mobile phone, I don't know how I knew but I had a strong feeling that the man driving the car needed to take the next turning on the right.
I also sensed that the gentleman was not sensitive to thought impression so I could not influence his thoughts to take the next turning on his right, with no time left, I grabbed the steering wheel and pulled it hard to my right.
The poor chap must have thought that the car was possessed because he then tried to turn the steering wheel back, I then found myself sat on the drivers lap steering the car.
The driver of the car was motionless. I asked my guide why the driver was not trying to take control of the car.
We have placed him in stasis (A form of suspended animation from which he will recover with no harmful effects) for a few seconds so that you can take him to the child, I have got to say that I have only had twenty two driving lessons and nobody was more surprised than me that I was doing this.
We traveled along the road for a few seconds more, I even managed to change gear, when we arrived at the scene of the accident I could see Jenny standing next to the wreckage.
I found myself sitting back on the passenger seat and the gentleman bringing the car to a standstill.
I was then standing next to Jenny when the driver of the car got out and came over to see what had happened. Jenny had seen us arriving and could see quite clearly what was going on.
The gentleman must have heard David crying because he looked into the car and went over to the passenger door, opened it and picked him up.
Cradling David in his arms he then went to his car and made a phone call, at this point I said to Jenny,
"I don't want to be here anymore as I found the whole episode quite disturbing and upsetting" as I think most people would when small children are involved.
Jenny and I both then came out of our meditation state and just sat there staring at each other, I then said “I don't believe what just happened” and Jenny replied “neither do I”.
Both Jenny and I wanted answers to a lot of questions surrounding this rescue, so we tuned in to our spirit guides and we were told that it was meant to be, that this child was to become an orphan, and the gentleman driving the car and his wife would adopt the child, as the child had no other relatives and the whole event was intended to bring them together.
The spirit guides also told us of how the gentleman and his wife were unable to have children following a miscarriage in the mid stages of pregnancy where they had lost a baby boy. The boy the gentleman had rescued was the reincarnation of their son.
The spirit family of the young boy came through and gave their blessings to this arrangement.
We were also told that the child had been there for two hours, and that if we had not gone and helped out, the child would have died by morning. The road was very remote and the chance of somebody else driving along that road was unlikely.

THE SOUL PART ONE

There are many questions asked about soul links, what are they? And how do they effect you on your life path.
There are many different answers to this question, we have learned through the years that depending on the level of understanding that you are currently at, depends on what spiritual answer you receive.
So we will start at the beginning. To be able to understand the purpose of life and our role in the scheme of things, we need to understand the world of spirit.
The development of the soul, and the universal laws to which every living thing in creation adheres to.
However if you wish to identify with God, it is left to the individual for many of us tend to think that there is a life force within each of us.
Most of us tend to believe that there is a spiritual nucleus, which burns brightly within the universe.
From this nucleus, pieces break away and repeatedly divide into smaller and smaller fragments, which are very similar to stars and planets circling within a galaxy.
The larger pieces breaking away from the spiritual nucleus is the hub of a soul group, the smaller pieces are the individual souls making up the soul group.
The hub divides into twelve so each separate hub - soul may grow and develop .The soul group works as a hole, each learning and each bringing to the group knowledge and understanding of what it has learned, so that the soul group as a hole may grow.
There are twelve main soul groups, which circulate around the Great Spirit known as the nucleus.
This nucleus represents the planets and the moons circling the sun in our own universe.
The soul reincarnates at least twelve times, as a human soul, after it has incarnated many times as an animal soul. Each time under a different star sign, which gives the soul the negative and positive signs of the planet.
Many of the group's lessons can be learned at any one time by two or more of the same soul group working together. These are called soul mates.
If there was a new soul group that have just divided into twelve then their lesson would be on learning how to develop their own identity. The planet that they are drawn to on their journey through the universe would give them an ideal opportunity to learn and grow as individuals and as a mass.
Once the soul group has grounded upon a planet, then this is where the universal law comes in. Every cause has its effect upon not only the soul group, but also on the universal law. The universal law is a vibration of peace and harmony, a vibration to which we are all part of.
Each soul will start as the smallest mineral, progressing to a vegetable then to a wild animal.
All of this is to teach each soul on how to work together as a team, before they can progress to being a soul in a human body. So some of the soul group would be born, say as tadpoles others of the soul group might start their learning lesson as mice.
With each early reincarnation that these new souls have, the more they learn, and the more they develop as working as a whole. When these souls have learned to work together as a mass, as one unit, then they are incarnated into many different animals, such as rabbits or lions anywhere that they can learn on working together.
There are very few animals in the animal kingdom that do not have the fear of man, so when the new soul has learned the lessons of working as one, then the souls next learning lesson is to learn love and trust. The next incarnation the soul has is what we would call a domestic animal, a cat, dog or a horse. There are many animals that have learned to lose their fear of man and have learned to trust, therefore learning to understand the feeling of love. It is at this stage of the soul's development that the soul prepares to transform what it has learned through it's life journey and prepares to grow into a human soul.
How often have people made a comment that their cat, dog or horse has human qualities? When the animals soul who has these human qualities goes back to the spirit world, then these souls are given the opportunity to incarnate as new human souls.
Through a journey of any soul whether animal or human the lessons that they are meant to learn and have not, then they will continue to incarnate until they have got it right, even if it takes many lifetimes of reincarnation.
This sounds a hard lesson to learn but an important one for any individual soul, on working for the good of the soul group.
We have spoken of the nucleus that the soul group is from, and of the planets that link with all of us, it should be remembered that planets have negative as well as positive vibrations, depending on their place in the zodiac.
The positive aspects are more forceful and more physical than the negative ones, which are more on the mental and spiritual, if, you are born under a negative star sign then the lessons that you need to learn will be hard. With the help from some of your soul group to help you along the long journey that you have agreed to undertake, no task that you have undertaken will be impossible to achieve.
You may not accomplish your learning task in one lifetime, so this is where reincarnation comes in.
You have the opportunity to incarnate twelve times as a human soul, each time you incarnate you are born under a different star sign to give you a positive or negative vibration of the planets.
The star signs below are only a guideline of the lessons and tasks facing each incarnation. We are placed in the situation we need to be in after many discussions with our spirit guides and helpers who encourage us in our spiritual progression.

ARIES {the ram 21 March - 20 April} ruled by Mars in the positive, encourages the individual to be dynamic, outward going, a very young soul probably on their first or second incarnation,

TAURUS {the bull 21 April - 20 May} ruled by Venus in the positive, the soul clings to the material and finds comfort in the material, and searches for security.

GEMINI {the twins 21 May – 20 June} ruled by Mercury in the positive, the soul needs to learn adjustment to oneself, which is why so many born under this star sign are classed as wandering souls not only in material things but also environment and conditions surrounding them.

CANCER {the crab 21 June – 20 July} ruled by the Moon, this soul is very fixed just as the moon is, but they are beginning to learn about the value of commitment.

LEO {the lion 21 July – 20 August} ruled by the Sun, these souls are very authoritative, and powerful, usually just beginning to understand the full role of the soul.

VIRGO {the virgin 21 August – 20 September} ruled by Mercury in the negative, this soul has many lessons to learn and is constantly looking for perfection.

LIBRA {the scales 21 September – 20 October} ruled by Venus in the negative, constantly searching for peace, harmony and to amend the mistakes from previous incarnations.

SCORPIO {the scorpion 21 October – 20 November} ruled by Mars in the negative, the most psychic of the zodiac and the most passionate, lessons for this soul is to understand and identify with its own source.

SAGITARIUS {the archer 21 November – 20 December} ruled by Jupiter in the positive, the soul needs to explore freedom beyond it's own sphere to grow.

CAPRICORN {the goat 21 December – 20 January} ruled by Saturn in the positive, this soul needs to learn spiritual discipline and physical attunement.

AQUARIUS {the water carrier 21 January – 20 February} ruled by Saturn and Uranus in the negative, the soul needs to discover unconventuality and also needs to learn personal identity with its own soul group, to be able to grow spiritually.

PISCES {the fish 21 February – 20 March} ruled by Jupiter and Neptune both in the negative, faces difficulties both spiritually and physically as both sides of the soul are often in conflict.

THE SOUL PART TWO

When a member of the soul group has evolved into a human soul then the next stage of their learning begins.
The new soul chooses what learning lessons it wishes to have upon the earth as a human being. Once the soul has
chosen the learning lessons, then a choice of families are offered to the soul, so when it is born into the family, the learning lessons can be achieved.
For instance if a soul wishes to be born into a family that are wealthy in all aspects of their material life, through the souls choice to experience life as an important influential person, that could help mankind, then the best start in life would be available to them. The family's finances would give them the best start in education therefore making the opportunities more available to them.
Also a soul could be born into a family where money is not in abundance, but what the other wealthy family lack,
the second family will have in abundance.
This could be unconditional love, or opportunities to experience life's struggles upon the earth at that time. This does not mean that being born into the second family, that the soul would always struggle in life by not being given the same opportunities.
The learning lesson here is to learn what you have, and to use it to the best of your ability, if that means helping yourself or others around you then it is a valuable lesson to learn
Sometimes the soul misses opportunities of the learning lessons, therefore when the soul returns back to the spirit world then the soul is show what it has learned and what mistakes it has made.
An opportunity is then given to reincarnate so the learning lessons may be given again.
This can take many lifetimes for the soul, this all depends if the soul recognises the learning lessons when they are presented to them.
Not all reincarnated souls remember what lessons they need to learn and what mistakes they have made in previous life times, whatever mistakes have made from any life time then these mistakes need to be put right.
If you have wronged someone in this lifetime and the opportunity is given to right the wrong, and you don't do it then you will find that the situation will keep repeating itself until the matter is put right.
If the matter was not put right then in the next lifetime the same opportunities would arise, this also goes for the person that you have wronged. For the lesson that they need to learn is forgiveness, this is called karma. This is the law of the universe. Once you have achieved putting the wrong to right, and forgiveness is accepted, then the karma is no longer in existence and the universal law is in harmony once again.
Throughout all the learning lessons, help from the soul group is given, two or more of the soul group may wish to have the same experience but each will learn different lessons from the same experiences.
Some of the soul group may be a relative or they may be a partner or a spiritual guide, whatever the link is the souls will find a unity between the souls, this is called soulmates.
Some people spend a lifetime looking for their soulmate without success, these persons have this aching of knowledge within them, that their soul mate is out there somewhere. The soulmate could be on the other side
of the world and may never meet up in this lifetime, but in one or more incarnations soulmates will meet up.
We have compiled some case studies, so you will gain a better understanding of recognising a soulmate or understanding what soul recognition is. Some of the names have been changed to protect the identity of those people.
Anne is a clairvoyant who lives in Devon. From an early age she has been able to see and hear spirit people.
In Anne's late twenties she was able to develop the spiritual gifts that she was born with, and became a teaching medium as well as giving clairvoyant demonstrations in spiritualist churches.
Anne's story:
My encounter with soul recognition happened when I was twenty-three years old, but at that time I did not recognise it. I was at the time married with children and learning to cope with life's struggles. When given the opportunities I would visit my parents who lived some miles from my own home. On one such visit I was introduced to a young man who had his own business in the building trade.
At the time of meeting Tony I can honestly say that I never looked into his eyes, his face was covered in scruffy facial hair, he wore his hair long and it draped over his face. Over ten years our paths crossed about four times, as he would sometimes work with my father. With each encounter that we had, very few words were spoken between us, that was until our last encounter.
My family and I were visiting my parents, as it was my mother's birthday. I was in the kitchen making coffee for everyone, when I heard a gentle tap at the back door as nobody else had heard the tap I answered it. There standing before me was Tony. He had no beard and his hair was cut short. For the first time eye to eye contact was made. He seemed as surprised to see me standing before him, as I was to see him standing before me. Then it happened my mouth got into gear before my brain, "Don't you scrub up clean, hello Tony, are you free and are you available." "Hello Anne, yes I am free and yes I am available" he said laughing as he followed me into the kitchen where my whole family were now standing, "So am I.", I said back to him.
I walked over to my mother with my mouth still working faster than my brain, "Doesn't Tony scrub up clean mum. " I then turned to one of my children and my mouth continued to say "Could we swap him for your Father?" "No" was the answer I received from one of my children. We were all laughing including my husband when Tony said "There is nothing you can say to me that will embarrass me" with that he left with my Father.
This meeting with Tony had knocked me for six especially as it was not in my nature to come out with such outbursts. So that night when the house was quiet I linked with my spirit guides and asked them why Tony had rocked me to the core of my soul, and why now after so many years of knowing him. What I was shown and told gave me a greater understanding of soul recognition.
I was shown myself in a past life in the seventeen hundreds, my name was at the time Isabel, and I lived on the Scottish highlands as a peasant farmer with my husband who was called Kay. We had two children, a son of about three years of age and a new born baby girl. Kay had reincarnated as Tony ! I was shown myself weak from the recent birth and ill with a chest infection. From what I was shown life was hard for us with no food to eat, so Kay went out into the highlands and killed a deer. I could see all of this quite clearly, I could see the recently killed deer laying across Kay's shoulders, and Kay crouching down behind a stone wall. I could see quite clearly lots of men in uniform riding on horse back on the path near to where Kay lay crouched. I didn't understand what I was seeing so I asked my spirit guild to explain it to me. The men in uniform were English and at that time Scotland was ruled by the English. It had been made law of the land that no man shall kill a deer as they belonged to the royal on the throne of England. If a person was caught in the possession of any killed deer then the penalty would be death. The next thing I was shown was the deer lying upon the ground and Kay was kneeling down beside a bed crying. As I looked closer I could see myself lying quite still. My guide explained to me that Kay had lost his nerve and rather than be caught with the deer and be sentenced to death he had left it. As a result of this I had no food inside of me to give me the strength to fight off the infection and gain back the energy lost giving birth to our child. So I had died. Soon after, the new born child died from lack of nourishment. The next thing I saw was hundreds of dead bodies lying in a blood soaked field, and there lay Kay with a sword sticking out of his abdomen, his hand outstretched in the centre of the palm of his hand lay a silver locket.
My guide continued to explain to me that if Kay had brought home the deer then Isabel would not have died and the new born child would also have survived. Therefore Kay would not have felt the rage of anger which he felt towards the English. For in Kay's eyes, they had been responsible for the death of his wife and child, feeling this rage within him he had left his young son with family, and had gone of to join the Scottish highlanders in the revolt against the English, his enemy. Because of this one mistake that Kay had made of not bringing the dead deer back to his family, the law of the universe was thrown out of balance. Isabel, the child, and Kay died before their time of spiritual lessons had been fully learnt. Isabel had suffered on the emotional side before her untimely death, and Kay had suffered on the physical side before his untimely death.
My guide continued to explain to me that in my present incarnation I have suffered on the physical, and Tony had suffered on the emotional side of his life due to family deaths and personal torment that he needed to work through.
Anne was at a level of spiritual understanding, and was spiritually gifted to feel the soul link between herself and Tony, and was able to gain an instant explanation from her spiritual guides. But not all soul recognition is felt by people who are spiritually aware, and they may not recognise why a meeting between two people may have such a effect on upon them.

THE FOUR DIRECTIONS

The four directions are known as North, South, East and West, or the circle of life. The circle holds physical, mental, spiritual and natural aspects of man.
The four directions provide a road map for people seeking to achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
We have to look at what someone is doing wrong, not what is wrong with someone. Once we know what is being done wrong, the healing guidance from the Four directions can begin to bring them back to the reality of health.
Through meditations we can join with the spirits of the sacred circle. We are born into the centre of the circle, our first contact is with mother earth.
We then go to the direction of the East, the spirit path. The East teaches us to respect the dignity of everything. Everything has its own spirit. If we respect ourselves then we should respect our environment.
The healing of the East helps us to understand our individual choices and the responsibility for those choices.
When healing the mind of a person not taking on the responsibility of their choices, the East is where we go for guidance.
The South is the peace path, where one can learn to link with the spirit animals and with the plants. The South helps energise the life-force of the body and the soul.
In healing using a meditated state we can link with the spirit animals and plants, and use their knowledge that they hold to heal the physical body.
The West is the physical and the soul, that fine-line between life and the life here-after. Another name for the West is called the vials. The west is where the soul of a coma patient goes. The soul in the west has a choice to either return back to the physical or move onto the spirit realms.
The west can also be used in a meditation for physical, mental and spiritual awareness.
We can also reach higher levels of consciousness, known as spiralling of the spirit when we ask for the teachings of the west.
The north represents the wisdom path, a path of seeing and hearing spirit, of merging yourself with spirit. It is also the teaching path, where you learn and share.
It takes a lifetime to learn the wisdom from the north, hopefully along this path you will become wise.
The four directions are also known as the four winds or the four Archangels: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel.
When a person calls down the four winds for healing or cleansing it is the four Archangels that come in the form of a spiral.

PROTECTION

IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PROTECTION IS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT - THEN IT IS.

THE BLUE CLOAK
Deep blue is a very protective colour, the colour of Archangel Michael, who is the protector.
With your imagination draw in your aura and then put a deep blue cloak over it.
Pull the hood over your head and zip up the cloak from under your feet to your chin.
Feel and know yourself to be completely protected.

THE GOLDEN EGG
Ask the angels to put a golden egg of light around you, make this a thick golden band of energy.
Then visualise or watch them putting a dark blue energy around that.
Finally, especially if you work with people and often pick up there problems, place a purple colour around the outside, this will keep you safe from negative energies of others.

THE GOLDEN RAY OF CHRIST
One of the most popular and most powerful energies is the golden ray of Christ.
It must be invoked three times, you can call it forth yourself or ask your spirit guides to invoke it.
Add: - It is done.
For example: "I now ask my spirit guide to invoke the golden ray of Christ for my total protection" say this three times then add: - "It is done".

A TUBE OF LIGHT
Call down a tube of light to protect you throughout the day. Ask that it remain intact and be divinely charged, so only that which is "Of God" or "Of the Christ Light" may pass through it.
You may also ask that "The divine light transmute all negative conditions within you to positive."

YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL
Always ask your guardian angel to protect you. In asking, you strengthen the link between you.

NEGATIVE ENERGIES
If you are being bombarded by negative thoughts then you can put that person in a pink light
(A pink balloon is ideal, as this seals that person and their negativity) pink is the spiritual colour for love.
Also visualise a mirror on your chest, as this mirror will reflect the negativity back to the person who might be inflicting this upon you. The power of thought is very strong so protect yourselves.

COLOUR WITHIN THE LIGHT

I am one of the apostles known as James. May I speak with you on the matter of the lightworkers? As you know, they are souls who have had many lifetimes upon the earth. These souls have committed themselves to finding and helping the lost souls to find their way back into the realms of heaven. Thomas has spoken before about the light that shines down upon the planet, that is soon to change.
These souls wander the earth only able to see the coloured lights around each lost soul. This will surprise many that read this. Our work and energy are conducted around colour. When a soul is reincarnated they bring with them, around the soul, a colour of which realm they have travelled from.
This light colour only changes when the soul transcends to a higher level within the spiritual realms.
The lightworker, being of a light colour vibration, is able to detect a light lost soul by feeling that colour vibration. Because the spiritual colour vibration is brighter than those found upon the earth, it is relatively easy for the light workers to "home in" on the lost souls.
When a soul is found, much communication takes place. The first thing that the lightworker does is gain trust from the lost soul. Much communication then takes place about the spiritual world. In time, the lost soul is ready to transcend back to the heavens, then the lightworker, being of the same vibration as the lost soul, finds, through guidance, a physical soul who has the right knowledge and vibration to send the lost souls up into the circle of light that they have called down from the heavens. Depending on what colour the lost soul has around them depends on what level they are returned to within the spiritual heavens.
There are a number of old souls who walk the earth that have darkness around them. The lightworkers keep communication to a minimum. In cases like these, the spiritual overseer calls upon a physical person who has the knowledge of how to send these dark souls on. This is usually done with the help of one or more of the Archangels. They are normally taken to a low level within the heavens so healing can be given and their colour be restored.
Colour is very much part of the realms of heaven. We use colour to communicate to each other, and also to the soul of the physical body upon the earth plain. Healing is done with using the colour vibration. As I have already stated, the lightworkers find the lost souls through their colour vibration with which they were reincarnated. These gifted people upon the earth that can see and feel the light, can also see the light of each other. So far this is picked up through the colours of the aura. When the fourth vibration is upon the earth, gifted people will be able to look beyond the aura and see the light colour vibration of not only any soul who is without a physical body, but also one another.
We in the spirit realms have talked about the colour that is coming from the light of the heavens. This is one such colour vibration that you will be able to see. There are many more gifts coming to earthbound people that have not been seen or heard of yet. There is a small amount of people that we have prepared who have the knowledge to lead and teach many who have the thirst for knowledge, that are no longer contented to receive the answers that they have been given to them by their religion. Already a feeling of discontentment is building within the feeling of wanting more than what they have been given, and is growing strongly within them.
All religions have the same foundation. All religions have built upon that, but politics have crept in and the teachings from the world above have been ignored or misinterpreted. No teachings can stay the same; one learns through the teachings that have been given, but you must be willing to open your minds and welcome the structure that was and is meant to be built upon, those spiritual teachings that have been brought through the centuries will be built upon. Fear is not a religion or any part of religion; religion is stretching one's mind to the truth and the light that you feel comfortable with.

WHAT ARE ANGELS

They are messengers from spirit. They are associated with beauty, peace, joy, fulfilment, laughter and love. They are here to help us lay down our burdens of fear, uncertainty, guilt, pain and worry. They help replace feelings of unworthiness and insecurity with a sense of joy and belonging.
Angels assist us in connecting with a powerful yet gentle force, which encourages us to live life to its fullest. Angels help us enter into a world of love. There are many different kinds of Angels and they can each serve a different purpose in your life.
Personal Angels called Guardian Angels. They are beings who are personally connected with you and your spiritual evolvement. They can assist you in creative endeavours and protect you, and help you to achieve all your dreams.
There are also nature Angels which are the guardians of particular areas, such as mountains and lakes.

DIFFERENT FORMS OF ANGELS
Angels can appear in several different forms. The form that most people associate with Angels are the Angels with wings. Winged Angels appearing, are rarely seen, although Angels appearing in human form are fairly common (Angels will take on the form that is comforting and pleasing to the person to whom they appear to).
They can appear as both male or female, young or old, or any race. Some well dressed, some shabbily attired. Angels can affect humanity with their energy, when superimposed on to someone. When this occurs a person will offer assistance and guidance to someone else in need.

HOW TO RECOGNISE ANGELS
Most angels are felt and not seen. Often a wonderful smell of flowers are present. Sometimes they announce there arrival with a slight breeze, even if the windows are closed. Sometimes the sounds of bells, chimes or trumpets can be heard, also a flash of light can indicate the arrival of an angel. Most common is a feeling of love flow over you. Angels bring pure spiritual energy, as we trust in them, they will bestow their blessings on us. As you become more aware of angels they will be more and more drawn into your life.

THE GATE KEEPER
The gatekeeper is the Angel that is by your side to protect you from lower energies when you take on any form of spiritual work, like all forms of angels it is up to you to ask for their assistance. This Angel you need to make a link with as soon as possible. Depending on what spiritual level you are on, depends on what Angels come to assist you You will not have the same guides and gatekeepers through all the different levels that you will progress to. You might have a family member who has been in the spirit world for some time, who have asked the higher realms if they can assist you in your spiritual pathway. This will not change, they are always with you, unless you request otherwise.

CHANNELLED BY SHERYLE LEWINDON – 18TH APRIL 2000.

I am known as Judas. I am one of the disciples of twelve. My name will have great discomfort to those who read it. I am known as the one who betrayed Jesus, son of my Lord Father/God. It was written that I succumbed to the influences of those who sought to destroy my Father/God's son, Jesus. This is not so. It has been written many times in many tongues that I am Judas, the destroyer of what was most holy and sacred to God himself.
I am the servant of God and my master Jesus Christ. When words are written by people, who hear stories, that which is not always true. There are many upon the earth that believes words that where written many centuries after the events occurred.
My words will be unimportant to many upon the earthplain for they have the words that are written in a book that is worshiped by the many. I am not here to say that I am sorry for the sins against my God and my master Jesus Christ, for no sins where committed from myself. The sins from the many that feared my master must be the ones who sit in judgement of themselves.
My spiritual work now is in helping souls who come back to the heavens, whose heart's are heavy with accusations that have been made against them whilst they were on the earthplain. Man is quick to judge others but not of himself. Every word of wisdom I tried to give to the many upon the earth will always, up until now, be rejected. Yes, my heart lies heavy with the rejection that I must endure for unlike my brothers, speaking my name will cause alarm.
My brothers the eleven disciples, do great spiritual work upon the earth and in the heavens.
Channelling through many teachings to many open-minded people who have been blessed with the spiritual gifts. I myself gave up long ago trying to find an earthbound soul who would accept me as the guidance through the spiritual pathway that they must walk. If I sound as if I am bitter, then man has rejected me and all that I am. I stand for what I am, a being of God, and a servant to all.
The light of knowledge is spreading, so are the true spiritual teachings that are currently being given to the many. When the light of hope – of faith – has become stronger, and man's minds begin to open further than what they are at present, and when man can accept the truth of my actions that will strongly contradict what is written, then many beings, not just myself, but many words of truth will be written in its true spiritual form. The book that is worshiped by the many will become a thing of the past – a book that will make sense and will answer all questions that you ask along your spiritual pathway – will be written.
There are many in the kingdom of God whose names have been mistakenly adopted by many religions. The teachings within these religions are said to be the teachings from the founders. We, in the spirit realms, who were present at the teachings of Jesus Christ, say that our names were taken in vain, that all religions that are associated with our names will no longer carry on the teachings that they have been giving out to the many who seek the truth to enlightenment. We, in the spirit realms, have chosen people who are able to listen to the words of truth and will speak the words of truth to those who come to seek knowledge. Many religious leaders will be replaced who have no understanding of the words that they preach. These are not words of anger but words of hope to the many whom have sent up thoughts of hope to find the way to enlightenment.

A HELPING HAND

My first experience of communicating with a spirit person was when my eldest daughter was two years old. We were living in a one bedroom flat in Torquay, I would often see a shadow out of the corner of my eye and when I looked I could not see anything there. My daughter would wake up every night and called out for me, she would sleep in the bedroom while I slept on a bed-settee in the living-room.
One particular night I was feeling really unwell and I was in a lot of pain, when my daughter started to cry out for me. I got out of bed and fell against the wall (Oh God help me!) is what I thought to myself, the next strange thought that I had was to go back to bed, you are not well, I will take care of Marina, she will be alright. Well if any mother were to have that thought they would perhaps think that they were delirious or insane. I dismissed this thought and went out into the hallway and stood outside my daughters bedroom door where upon two strange things occurred.
Firstly my daughter had stopped crying and was laughing and talking to what I assumed was herself and secondly the strange thought came back, this time it said “I told you that you are not well – Marina is alright, I will settle her down, you go back to bed”. I really tried to put my hand on the door handle to open it but I sensed that I was not meant to open the door. At this point the maternal instinct should have taken over ensuring that I went into the bedroom to make sure my daughter was alright, however I was reassured with a sense of calmness and peace and had no fear that my daughter was in anyway distressed. Again the voice came back and this time it said “Listen to what your daughter is saying”. I listened, Marina was definitely laughing and talking to somebody, I heard Marina say “Mummy's not well, you'll tell me a story, cat and mouse, O.K. I'll be good”. Then it all went quiet so I made my way back to bed. When I got back to bed, again I heard the voice say “See I told you she would be alright, I have told her a story and she has gone back to sleep. Now you need your rest so try to get some sleep”. Again I felt an overwhelming sense of calmness. The next morning I told my daughter that she had been a naughty girl for crying and waking me up in the middle of the night. Her reply was “The lady said I was a good girl” “What lady?” I asked slightly puzzled “The lady with big flowers on her dress, she told me a story about a cat and a mouse. Are you feeling better Mummy?” she asked. I realised then that it couldn't have been a dream.
The next time that my best friend Claire came to visit me I told her what had happened and she wasn't overly surprised, as the last time that she had stayed overnight at my flat, she had awoken during the night and seen the shadow or silhouette of a lady stroking my hair while I was still asleep. Although she had not felt the need to mention this until now.
Another friend of mine called Lillian, who was able to “tune in” to spirit told me that the lady's name was Edith, and that she had lived in this house from the 1950's and had passed away from cancer in the mid 1960's. She had lived in the house with her daughter Emily and her grand daughter Charlotte.
Lillian also told me that Charlotte was aged five and had been playing in the back yard and had disappeared and never been found. The mother Emily had become so depressed that she had committed suicide, shortly after this Edith had died of cancer.
I found this all a little difficult to believe and needed some sort of confirmation. I asked around and a lady three doors away had lived there all her life and remembered the family and confirmed all that Lillian had told me was true.
My other spiritual helping experience involved my second daughter Siobhan. In 1992 I married Ian, he was working in St Helens and had been commuting every weekend for the past 8 months. This we decided was unacceptable so at eight months pregnant we moved up to Newton-Le-Willows near Warrington. We moved in to a large two bedroomed semi detached bungalow and the day we moved in I looked through the large bay window into the sitting room where I could see the figure of a man standing by a chair. When I told Ian, he said it must have been a reflection of the neighbour opposite standing in his garden.
As the weeks went by I would still see a shadow of a person in the hallway and even when Ian's friend David called around to see us, he would also be aware of a shadow in the hallway, each time we mentioned this to Ian he would dismiss it.
Two weeks after giving birth to Siobhan I was in the kitchen cleaning the microwave, Siobhan was in the sitting room in her pram and the television was on when again I saw the figure standing in the hallway. I had a strange feeling that I should go into the sitting room and take a look at the television which I duly did. Kilroy was on and the programme was about living with a ghost. Laughing to myself I sat and watched the whole programme deciding there and then that the “ghost” in my house had a sense of humour.
When Ian came home I told him what had happened and his response was “you're barking mad!” so I left it.
One week later Siobhan was admitted to Warrington Hospital with severe breathing problems caused by Whooping Cough, she would cough and cough and cough but was unable to breathe in again after coughing. After spending a time in hospital being constantly monitored she was allowed home but only with a breathing monitor. A foam pad was attached to her tummy just below her diaphragm and this would register each breath she took, if after twenty seconds a breath was not registered an alarm would sound and we would get her to breathe again.
One night when it was time for Ian and I to go to bed, I asked the spirit in the house to watch over Siobhan for us just in case we slept too deeply and did not hear the alarm go off.
In the early hours of the morning I heard a voice shout at me “Wake up your baby's dead”
I instantly awoke and dashed over to the cot in time to hear the monitor go off;- the foam pad had come unstuck from her tummy and consequently the alarm had gone off. “There was no need to tell me that my baby was dead” I screamed at the spirit presence in the room. “My name is Brian and I had to wake you quickly, her breathing was very shallow and I did not know what else to do, I am sorry if I frightened you” the voice said. I thanked him for his help still trying to understand quite what was going on. Again I tried to tell Ian what had happened but he just thought I had dreamt it as he had not heard anything, but then again by his own admission he could sleep through an earthquake.
Some time after this I was admitted to hospital where I stayed for three weeks and underwent my first bowel operation. My Mother and Stepfather came up to see me in hospital and they also took Siobhan back to Devon afterwards as Ian could not take time off work to look after a small baby as well as Marina.
When I was allowed home, my first night back in my own bed I was awoken at 4am with the sound of footsteps beside the bed. I nudged Ian till he awoke “Do you hear that Ian” I said “Yes” was his reply.
We heard the footsteps go over to the cot, then into the sitting room, Marinas bedroom then back into our bedroom. I sensed that it was Brian very distressed at not having Siobhan in the house. I realised that Brian must think that something terrible has happened to Siobhan so I said to him in my mind that Siobhan was safe and sound staying in Devon with my Mum. That was the last time that I sensed him in the house. Ian admits that yes he did hear footsteps even to this day but still will not admit that it could have been a spirit person. He likes a logical explanation for things, such as “It was probably the next door neighbour getting up to go to the toilet” However I still have not given up on him.

GREETINGS, I am Luke. I am one of the Disciples
Many of my fellow beings from the spiritual world have communicated through the gifted people who have the ability to communicate with those in the spirit world. We have thought long and hard to train special gifted people in channelling the words of spirit. It is believed by the many whom live on the earth plain that communication between the souls of heaven and earth should not take place. This subject is taboo in many religions. It is believed that once you die and go to heaven your soul is no longer permitted to contact those families and friends who are left on the earth, it is only when souls return to spirit that they are shown that communication can take place. This has surprised many souls who come back to heaven. We spend a great deal of time within the realms of heaven undoing the damage that has been done upon the earth plain.
The teachings from the book that was written many centuries ago seems to be much worshipped. We, the Disciples, will convey to you what really happened when Jesus Christ was born upon the earth and the struggle we all had to try to put the wrongs that the people of high state tried to squash in the year of my Lord and master. Many interpretations tried to be placed upon these prophecies. Nostradamus was one of these people who could access the vision of the future, but like many we in the spiritual realms call seers; he did not have the insight to go beyond the visions that he saw. Potent drugs were used to enhance these visions – distortion began to take place. To see pictures without sound leaves much to the imagination. Yes, Nostradamus wrote down the visions that he saw. He interpreted them along with many of his followers but not a sound from spirit was heard to explain the visions, no questions of what Nostradamus saw was asked, so no answers were given. Through the decades of time, many have had the gift of seeing visions that come in the night. All have been too wrapped up with their lives to take and lead a holy life to understand what these visions meant.
We the spirit of the earth, concentrated on mans tribes through time. These people lived their lives in accordance to God. These people were spiritual people who lived their lives simply. One such tribe were Native American Indians. These people had the wisdom and the guidance given to them by the spirits of the land and the spirits of there ancestors. Guidance was given and the teachings began to get handed down through the generations.
The tribes worked as one, not as individuals, yet these spiritual people and others like them were hounded and hunted by those who thought that their spiritual beliefs were right, and those who lived and took guidance from spirits of the land were wrong. These tribes, who had no knowledge of Jesus Christ and his father God, and could not and did not worship a book of words, were hunted, captured and their beliefs taken away from them. Did the invaders of the land sit and listen to the teachings of the tribes? Did the invaders sit in wonderment of the miracles that were happening around these special people? Did they even question these people's true spiritual ceremonies? No, what man does not understand man destroys.
The teachings long ago given by the spirits of those native people are coming true. The spirits of the land are claiming what is rightfully theirs and Gods. The land has been damaged by those who do not listen and do not live their lives by the wisdom of the teachings of the spirits of the land. The native people, the elders who have the teachings, now sit and once again the visions become stronger with the vibrations of the heavens and the planet. Once again these spiritual tribes will be as they were once, living off the land and living their lives in accordance with the spirits of the land. There will be many people who have the awakening within them to seek and find these native people, to learn how to live their way, off the land and how to respect themselves and the spirit of all that is around them. The tribes that live amongst the great forests will once again thrive. Those who live in the cities and have made their way of life through mans achievements will struggle of what is yet to come. We say to you that life as you know it will be no more. The planet that you live on can no longer survive with the vibrations that man has created in the name of science and development. We say to you that those native tribes that have been hounded and almost driven to extinction will become the leaders of all nations, that these people, along with the gifted spiritual people who are upon the earth, will make calmness out of panic that is yet to come, this will be achieved. We, in the realms of spirit, say to you, start to live your life in the manner that all tribes have been trying to achieve so that when the time comes the transition will be a small one. There are those gifted spiritual people all over your planet that have been preparing for this for some time. People are awakening to the changes that are coming. Listen to the spiritual people who have spiritual gifts. Receive the guidance from them, gain a greater understanding of the energies of the light that is around you and start to listen to the voice within.

THOMAS

We will talk about the light source of energy that comes from the heavens. This is a light that is filtered through the realms of heaven, to the earth. This sustains all that has energy; without this light those souls that walk the earth could no longer exist. The light is like an energy field, energy feeds energy. We are not saying that without this light your planet would die, but the spirit within the physical body could not transcend from the physical into the spiritual realms. It is like a cloak of protection for the souls against the energies of the planet. This light also enables us within the spiritual heavens to communicate with the souls within the physical body, our thoughts and energy bodies travel along and through this light. It is the light that connects the two worlds together, because it is a higher vibration than the vibration found naturally upon the earth. Most of the souls that walk upon the earth cannot see or feel this light vibration. It is only when the soul raises the vibration a little more than what is found naturally around them, only then will they see and feel the light source. As you have been told from many of the teachings that are being given to the spiritual teachers of the earth.
Very soon the spiritual vibrations, the light source will change to a higher vibration. As you will transcend from the 3rd dimensional vibration to the 4th dimensional vibration. As we have already spoken of the universal light, this being the 5th dimentional vibration. This vibration is constantly being poured upon your heavens. All planets in the solar system are linked with the 5th dimension up until now, the earth was not. For all the planets are to be as one they all need to sustain the same vibrations that light souls could travel quite freely from one planet to another.
Earth is the only planet that the souls without the right vibration can not exist without a body, to protect it from the earth's natural vibrations.
We have already spoken that there are many changes coming, your planet has been damaged. For this to be put right the vibration of the planet needs to be raised so that the healing process can begin. So what of the people that live upon the planet? There have been a number of catastrophes that have taken many lives. The forces of nature have turned, catching large numbers of people unawares. There are many more souls that will return to the realms of heaven, but there are many thousands of souls who have been chosen, who possess the gifts to see beyond the vibration that your planet has surrounded itself by. For those souls have the knowledge to live within that vibration, that is currently being poured down upon your planet from the heavens above. There is at this moment in time a great urgency to find and bring home the lost and trapped souls that wander the earth; these souls if not rescued will lose the light vibration that sustains their life force.
The stronger vibration that is coming will over energise the lost and trapped souls. Imagine a great wind that sweeps though a land that carries everything along with it, to find nothing left. These are harsh words but words of truth. There are people who walk the earth, who have prepared for this moment in time, for they who have the inner knowing are helping prepare for the changes that are still yet to come. When the winds have become silent and the seas have but a glazed look about them, then your world would have gone through the worst of the transition that is coming. There will be no new deaths, as you know it, but a higher understanding of the world that you will see around you. The colours that are yet to be shown will be shown within the lights that will come from the heavens.
A new bond will be made between man and the land; new understandings of what is yet to come will spread amongst the many. We know that there are those who try to resist the changes that are coming. Do they not realise that the forces of the planet and the universe are far greater than they could possible fight against? We sound as if the changes are all doom and gloom, we impress upon you that this is not the case. Change is always difficult to adjust to, you feel safe and happy upon the world that you know. The feeling of fear will be no more; the dawn of a new time is approaching.

THE JOURNEY

This is a journey that every soul makes for the sake of love, an amazing journey that takes an eternity to complete. The journey starts when the spark of energy leaves the centre of all being - the Great Spirit, and ends when the lessons have all been learned.
Imagine in deep space, a vast energy so powerful that minute sparks burst out from within. All energies we know have to be grounded, on earth the energies are absorbed though the air, land, water and plants. In space the nearest place these energy sparks have to ground themselves are planets. So the journey starts.
Strange and wonderful things begin to happen in the centuries the journey takes to arrive on earth. First the spark grows in energy, like a spark from a fire, then the spark splits within itself into twelve. This we call the soul group, when the spark reaches it's destiny the twelve cells break loose from each other. On the planet earth each cell goes its separate way, some enter the water, air, sea and some the soil and plants.
When the new souls have an understanding on vibration in whatever way they have grounded themselves, they re-form their soul group and transmit to each other the knowledge that they have accumulated. Why? Because when each cell comes together they form one, each information when absorbed increases the energy level within the newly formed soul group. When this is done the soul group then enters the spirit world where they are given guidance in the teachings that they will undertake. When they have reached a certain level, the newly formed souls undertake the task of learning and understanding life as an animal to learn the positive and negative vibrations of love. Each of the twelve can come back many times as different animals, over a very long period of time so that the soul group when gathered can once again grow with the energy gathered through their experiences. So in time these souls progress onto the next level on their journey of love and understanding, the human soul. The soul group of twelve might not learn all their lessons at the same time, when one or more souls are in human form, others of the group might be an animal, perhaps as your pet (interesting thought) Any one of the twelve could be a family member or friend, or live on the other side of the world experiencing a totally different culture than your own, all working to gather information in the name of love and understanding. Or others of the group might be your spirit helpers, each of the twelve help each other in the lessons that are being taught, some of the group will progress into Angels faster than others, all of the twelve will progress onto this level, if you can imagine how long Archangels Michael and Gabriel have been around compared to Jesus (who is not an Archangel), this will give you some indication of how long the journey takes. When all the soul group have ascended to the highest level of the spirit world their human soul form turns back into pure energy, reforming themselves back into a high energy spark and make their way back to the creative source to which they came from. Bringing back with them the positive energy of well being, it's a constant circle for the main source of energy sending out and bringing back the highest concentrated energy of pure love. And so the journey begins again. Food for thought is it not?

Much channelling has been received about the vibrations of the earth and the heavens. We have said that the vibrations of the planet cannot sustain the light beings that do not have a physical body without the rays of light from the heavens to help them.
It is said that the moon affects the gravity that is around your planet, this is so. Vibrations of the universe are at the present being poured upon the moon that links with your planet. For the healing of the planet to continue the moon's vibration needs to change. They are what we in the spiritual realms call twin planets; the vibrations of one affect the other.
The 5th dimensional vibration is at present being poured upon the moon, this will start the process of the beginning of life. Within one hundred years the light around the moon will change to red, this colour will effect the vibration of the earth. If the vibration was not to change then the star travellers that we have spoken of could not travel or survive upon the earth without a physical body. The new vibrations around the moon will be able to sustain life; there are many people upon the earth who have spent a lifetime studying the stars. There are powers of state that have been alerted to the changes that are currently taking place upon the earth and the moon, because of the panic and fear that the powers of state feel will ripple amongst their people, silence has been ordered. The earth's scientists have realised long ago that the earth's vibrations will change. The scientists have been told that their findings, the information that they have been gathering are secrets of state. The governments hope that the changes coming will not be within their lifetime. The facts are there to see, if people care to search. People, who are able to gain access to the confidential work of the scientists, will make available these documents through the Internet. Unfortunately people upon the earth will not believe true facts, until they have happened. The governments will spread the word fiction in association with the leaked documents of the changes of the planet. Governments will be held responsible for the answers to the questions that many have and will be asking. The saying amongst your people is that truth will out. There will be with the help of the knowledge from the spirit realms, an understanding of the changes that are coming. Fear will be replaced by the sense of calmness.
